4. Custom and Personalized Products

Rollix Sports offers custom-made and personalized sportswear. Depending on the product, customization may include names, numbers, logos, colors, artwork, sizes, and other design details.

You are responsible for reviewing your order information and ensuring that all customization details are accurate before submitting your order.

Where a design mockup is provided, please carefully review and approve the mockup before production begins.

Once production has started, changes to the design, size, color, or personalization may not be possible.

Because customized products are made according to individual specifications, cancellations, returns, and refunds may be limited as described in our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these terms.

We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or incorrect order information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or at checkout.

9. Customer-Supplied Content and Intellectual Property

If you submit logos, artwork, photographs, text, or other materials for customization, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use those materials.

You agree not to submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your submitted materials, subject to any rights necessary for us and our service providers to produce and fulfill your order.

You grant Rollix Sports a limited, non-exclusive right to use the submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to prepare mockups, manufacture products, fulfill orders, and provide customer support.

Our website content, product photographs, original designs, branding, logos, text, and other materials owned by Rollix Sports may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.

We will seek permission before using identifiable customer-specific designs or order images for promotional purposes where required by applicable law.
